Pros of the SanDisk 256 MB:
-Uses AAA Batteries
-Songs can be dragged and dropped using Windows Explorer
-Nice backlight
-Has FM Radio and Voice Recorder
-Very small and portable

Cons of the SanDisk 256 MB:
-Seems a bit flimsy but has held up fine so far
-256 MB doesn't hold much (about 5 cds at 128 KBS)
