Review of Canon Powershot s400 Digital Camera

I was quite content with my canon s-200, but I felt my camera lacked the new high-tech advances that canon had implemented in the new cameras in the powershot series. I upgraded to the canon powershot s-400 and was quite impressed with its 4 mega pixel censor contained within this pocket size camera weighing Approx. 185 g (6.5 oz.).

Well the first thing I did was take a picture with my s-200 and then take the same picture with my s-400. Well, all I could say at the time was wow. The color saturation and contrast on the s-400 was amazing! With quick easy zoom options such as 3x and up to 11x, you really can't go wrong trying to portray your picture in the best possible manner.

Like most of the canon powershot series, the case is steel, but such a valuable camera needed more protection, so canon implemented a ceramic coating that was even more scratch resistant.

Although the movie resolution is now only 320x240, your movie clips are no longer limited to 10 seconds each, but you can now make movies up to 3 minutes each!
